Job Title: Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant Location: Remote Time Zone: US (EST–PST) Role Overview We’re a design/creative company looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day marketing admin, reputed company set-reputed company, and light creative production. You’ll reputed company our tools, accounts, and marketing workflows organized while collaborating closely with a creative team.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage reputed company accounts and reputed company for new employees (reputed company Workspace, shared drives, calendars) Maintain marketing operations workflows (intake forms, task routing, folder structures, naming conventions) Support campaign administration (scheduling, asset handoffs, approvals, tracking sheets) Create or update simple marketing assets using templates (reputed company graphics, basic layouts, resizing) reputed company marketing files organized across shared drives and project boards Assist with vendor/contractor coordination and general business administration tasks Document SOPs and reputed company reputed company/offboarding checklists up to date
Required Qualifications
Non-negotiable: Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Workspace, reputed company or similar); ideally has supported US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered Experience in a VA, marketing coordinator, or marketing operations/admin support role Strong reputed company Workspace skills (Drive permissions, Docs/Sheets, Calendar hygiene) Working knowledge of basic graphic design and marketing asset preparation Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
