This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Paralegal – Immigration to join their team full-time in a 100% remote role. They operate in the U.S. immigration law reputed company and have reputed company a strong practice in recent years by supporting individuals and families through reputed company immigration processes with structured, client-focused legal operations. This role supports attorneys with day-to-day immigration casework and plays a key part in keeping reputed company organized, compliant, and moving reputed company reputed company. The ideal candidate brings hands-on U.S. immigration experience, strong attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility reputed company handling sensitive cases.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys with U.S. immigration cases from intake through filing and follow-up. Prepare, review, and organize immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in the case management system. Track deadlines, requests for evidence, and case milestones. Communicate with clients to collect information and reputed company case updates as needed. Assist with drafting correspondence and case-reputed company materials. Ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant with immigration requirements. Support general paralegal and administrative tasks reputed company to immigration reputed company.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Paralegal handling U.S. immigration law reputed company. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously. Professional written and verbal communication skills. Comfort working independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with reputed company tools. Full-time availability.

Qualifications

Proven experience supporting immigration attorneys or reputed company. High level of reliability, accountability, and follow-through. Empathetic and client-centered approach. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience using case management systems.
