Finance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Specialist to support our financial operations, reporting, and compliance processes. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting in financial reporting and analysis, supporting US tax compliance, and ensuring smooth accounts payable and receivable functions. Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and reputed company daily bookkeeping tasks, preferably using QuickBooks. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making. Handle invoicing, billing, and maintain client and vendor records. Assist in preparing and filing US tax forms and ensure compliance with tax regulations. Support audits and uphold adherence to reputed company standards and company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field 1 year of experience in bookkeeping, reputed company, or finance Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar reputed company software Solid understanding of US taxation basics (e.g., 1099, sales tax Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Experience supporting audits and ensuring financial compliance High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines A dual-monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM) Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed Benefits 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day Competitive salary reputed company Permanent WFH setup Unlimited FREE reputed company to MAG School courses and SOP Library!
