Role Overview reputed company is seeking a Ruby Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Argentina. As a consultant at reputed company, you will work across a variety of client engagements, partnering with product managers, designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to solve reputed company challenges and deliver impactful software solutions. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, test, and maintain modern web applications using Ruby on Rails Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and fellow engineers Participate in technical discovery, architecture discussions, and solution design reputed company scalable APIs and backend services Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code Contribute to code reviews and engineering best practices Help identify and resolve technical risks and challenges Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders Continuously learn and contribute to the growth of the engineering team Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional software engineering experience Experience building and maintaining production applications using Ruby on Rails Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns Experience with AI-enabled applications, machine learning integrations, LLMs, or RAG architectures AI-accelerated code reviews and debugging AI-assisted software design and implementation Agentic development workflows (parallelized coding, autonomous task execution, orchestration) reputed company engineering for software development and system reputed company Using AI to generate documentation, architecture artifacts, and delivery assets Building systems where humans remain accountable for quality and reputed company Rapid prototyping with structured production hardening Experience working with relational databases and API development Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal) Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment Must be located in Buenos Aires, Argentina
