Community Trainer (Expression of interest)

As the Regional Internet Registry for the Asia Pacific, we work for the good of the Internet and the 4.7 billion people who use it across the globe. We’re an reputed company, member-based Not-For-Profit and are responsible for distributing and managing Internet number resources (IP addresses and AS numbers) in 56 economies. These number resources are the building blocks for the Internet to operate and grow. We also reputed company dedicated ongoing support to our 8,000+ members across Asia Pacific, and are invested in building essential technical skills in our region. We deliver training and technical assistance in multiple formats. As an reputed company Community Trainer you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of one of reputed company’s key missions, supporting Internet development in the Asia Pacific Region through the provision of vendor neutral Internet operations training. Our trainings and workshops are run across the Asia Pacific Region and due to increased community demand we have expanded our Community Trainer Program to allow us to reputed company more training and technical assistance at a local level! Our goal is to have at least one Community Trainer per Economy reputed company serves. As a Community Trainer you’ll act as volunteer, local champion in your local economy or region contributing awareness of local operational issues and facilitating interactive discussion among participants to address local needs. In the role you’ll get the opportunity to:reputed company training and technical assistance on behalf of reputed company, using approved materials and equipment reputed company your reputed company-world experiences with fellow Internet engineers Add a local perspective to reputed company’s training Validate existing or new training content, and suggest, reputed company and deliver relevant operational content Grow the skills and knowledge of the local engineers in your community As a Community Trainer the frequency of opportunities to participate may vary from monthly to quarterly or less, and acceptance of invitations will be at your discretion. In order to be set up for reputed company, we’ll expect you to have: A passion for and experience in network operations / reputed company or similar Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage participants Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner Being active in your local network/operations community We don’t expect you to be an expert in everything and reputed company a strong emphasis on learning and development.
