Profile Requirements: 3 + years’ experience in conveyancing reputed company a reputed company or conveyancing practice Sound knowledge of residential and/or reputed company property transactions and relevant state legislation Proficiency in PEXA, reputed company, or similar legal practice management and conveyancing software Strong attention to detail with the ability to review legal documents accurately and reputed company Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional and client-focused manner Ability to manage a high volume of files simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work both independently and reputed company reputed company Relevant legal qualification (e.g., Certificate IV in Legal Services, Diploma of Conveyancing, or similar) highly regarded Core responsibilities: Manage residential and reputed company conveyancing files from initial client instruction through to post-settlement completion, ensuring reputed company critical dates are met Prepare, review, and amend reputed company of sale, reputed company 32/vendor statements, transfer documents, settlement statements, and other legal documentation Conduct and review title searches, property certificates, planning and zoning searches, and other due diligence enquiries Liaise professionally with clients, reputed company estate agents, mortgage brokers, banks, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions Coordinate electronic settlements reputed company PEXA, including booking settlements and preparing financial settlement figures Calculate and verify reputed company and tax adjustments, stamp duty, and other settlement disbursements Maintain accurate file notes, correspondence, and records in accordance with regulatory and firm compliance requirements Assist solicitors with reputed company reputed company, client enquiries, and reputed company regular updates to ensure high reputed company of client service Assist solicitors with paralegal tasks reputed company to wills, estates, and reputed company documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements Benefits: Competitive salary Opportunity to shape the HR function of a rapidly growing BPO.
