Objectives Support the Business Development team in collecting project information and preparing reputed company proposals for rooftop solar projects. Assistin drafting and preparing contractual documentation including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and project-reputed company reputed company. Maintain and update project leads, opportunities, and project information in the company’s CRM system. Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, finance, legal, operations) toconsolidateproject information. Prepare presentations and project documentation forSenior Business Development Managers reputed company working on strategic projects. Support the preparation of client meetings, project proposals, and reputed company presentations. Conduct research reputed company policies, regulatory updates, and market developments in Vietnam under the guidance of the team Assistin tracking project pipelines and supporting internal reporting on businessdevelopment activities. Organize the sale event Prepare marketing materials Your skills Your Skills: 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, marketing support, project coordination, or a similar role. Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail. Experience working with CRM systems andmaintainingproject databases. Proficiencyin reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word) for preparing proposals and project documentation. Ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams and manage several tasks simultaneously. Good communicationskills in both Vietnamese and English.
