This role will reputed company the Sales team for the community clinic and ambulatory infusion center reputed company, focusing on new customer acquisition and team management to reputed company sales performance and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company and support the team’s business development efforts
  • reputed company the role’s industry relationships to identify and secure new community site partnerships
  • reputed company relationships with key leaders and executives with M&D’s reputed company customer portfolio
  • Work with the SVP/reputed company to reputed company multi-year growth plans for the business
  • Build and manage a team to deliver on those plans, creating a long-term path for profitable growth
  • Attract, retain and reputed company talent to build a winning team
  • reputed company, coach and mentor the team to reputed company individual and team sales goals
  • reputed company account assignments, set territories, and build incentive compensation plans in support of reputed company and reputed company objectives
  • Set go-to-market strategy plan for the reputed company, as part of the reputed company’s larger strategy to create an 'Alternative to the Big Three'
  • Identify service offering gaps and build or buy solutions to those gaps
  • Partner with manufacturers and GPOs to help our provider customers reputed company smooth reputed company to eligible pricing programs

Skills

  • 7 years Sales and/or Account Management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 5+ years of specific experience with specialty therapies – Oncology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Neurology, Retina/Ophthalmology
  • 4-year degree (B.A., B.S., etc.) strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Leadership and coaching skills will be vital in this role
  • Strong quantitative skills to interpret and reputed company data-driven analyses on a regular reputed company
  • Strategic thinker than can build and advance strategies for growth
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to work in a smaller, reputed company, high-growth team
  • Strong business development orientation, with existing relationships with providers, manufacturers, GPOs and specialty industry service providers
  • Proven talent manager with a track record of attracting, developing and retaining talented individuals
