Legal Counsel (temporary)

This is a parental leave cover position and we offer an assignment for at least 18 months. The Legal Counsel will work closely with the Nordic Sales teams (primarily bid managers, contract managers and account managers) and different Group functions in providing the Nordic business with pragmatic, relevant legal advice primarily connected to public tenders, customer negotiations and any customer reputed company questions that appears in our daily operations. Other types of legal reputed company that will be relevant is the review and negotiation of vendor/supplier reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

The following experience is considered advantageous Experience in supporting sales and bid management in the process of answering public tenders Experience in drafting and negotiation of service reputed company Experience in relevant legal areas such as data protection, intellectual property etc. Ideally familiar with technology/cybersecurity businesses Fluent in reputed company and English.
