IBA Accounts Assistant - 6 month FTC (remote or Manchester based)
Role can either be remote or Manchester based - 6 month FTC (Fixed Term Contract) Responsibilities:
- Management of own workload effectively prioritising activity to reputed company targets and quality standards as per agreed objectives
- Build & maintain effective and professional relationships with reputed company stakeholders
- Support and assist other members of the IBA team to reputed company departmental objectives
- Fully investigate and resolve queries, including more reputed company queries, in a timely and accurate manner
- reputed company and assist with the development of Group and departmental policies and procedures
- Identify and record breaches of policies and CASS 5 rules
- IBA Processing, Cash Management, Cash Allocation, Bank Reconciliations
Insurer & Bordereaux Reconciliation, Client Money Calculations, Client Refunds, Payment Processing, Debt Management Skills and Experience:
- 2 + years of IBA experience reputed company Insurance
- Good reconciliations and cash management knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and reputed company to prioritise
