Experience you'll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering. 6+ years in software engineering experience, including 2+ years in an engineering management role, leading frontend/UI engineering teams. Strong hands-on background building and scaling modern web applications using frameworks such as Angular, or React, with experience owning UI architecture at scale. Proven experience driving engineering reputed company in frontend systems, including performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), reliability, and cross-browser compatibility. Demonstrated ability to establish and enforce testing strategies for UI systems (unit, integration, and end-to-end testing) and improve CI/CD pipelines for frontend delivery. Experience partnering with Product, Design, and Backend teams to translate product reputed company into scalable and maintainable UI solutions.
