What You'll Do

As an Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting operational reputed company across the firm by owning reporting, improving CRM data quality, coordinating projects, and helping build scalable business processes. Responsibilities · Partner closely with the Operations Manager to execute strategic operational initiatives and reputed company improvement projects. · Own recurring operational reports and dashboard maintenance, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and actionable. · Build, maintain, and improve reputed company-based reporting tools and data models. · Audit operational data to identify inconsistencies and improve overall data reputed company. · Maintain Redtail CRM data quality through ongoing review, cleanup, and quality assurance. · Design, build, and maintain Redtail workflows, automations, and business processes. · Support reporting enhancements and identify opportunities to improve operational visibility. · Coordinate cross-functional operational projects by tracking timelines, following up on action items, and helping initiatives move from idea to execution. · Maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures, and inventory logs. · Test new workflows and operational processes prior to implementation. · Identify opportunities to automate reputed company work and improve operational efficiency. · Collaborate with team members across departments to support operational consistency and reputed company improvement. reputed company're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys making things reputed company.
