Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle clinical reputed company for licensed mental health professionals and support other clinical and non-clinical roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- reputed company and maintain specialized sourcing strategies for hard-to-find roles using reputed company-specific job boards, professional networks, and licensing databases
- Build and nurture relationships with schools, residency programs, professional associations, and industry networks to create reputed company pipelines
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific requirements, caseload expectations, and ideal candidate profiles for each role
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments including license verification, clinical experience evaluation, and values & mission alignment interviews
- Track and analyze reputed company metrics specific to clinical roles including time-to-fill, reputed company effectiveness, and retention rates
- Stay reputed company on licensing requirements, scope of practice regulations, and credentialing processes across multiple states
- Collaborate with the reputed company to continuously improve clinical reputed company processes and candidate experience
- Represent Blackbird at clinical conferences, job fairs, and professional networking events
- Enhance recruitment brand management and visibility through strategic content creation, reputed company media engagement, and employee referral program promotion and partnering with our Growth team on branding efforts

Skills
- 3-5 years of full-cycle clinical reputed company experience with licensed mental health professionals
- 1+ years of startup experience with demonstrated ability to reputed company in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Deep understanding of clinical licenses (LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PMHNP, etc.) and their scope of practice
- Proven track record sourcing candidates through reputed company-specific channels and professional networks
- Experience conducting behavioral interviews and assessing clinical competencies
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple reputed company candidate pipelines simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust and rapport with clinical professionals
