This position focuses on shaping content experiences across productivity and creative applications, leveraging data insights to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Curate and optimize content collections across multiple product surfaces, ensuring customers receive the most relevant, engaging, and high-performing content
  • Analyze template performance data and evaluate content quality, design effectiveness, relevance, diversity, and customer value across multiple content types
  • Identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends to inform future content investments and curation priorities
  • reputed company scalable curation frameworks, quality standards, and content evaluation methodologies
  • Analyze content performance metrics, customer engagement signals, experimentation results, and usage trends to understand what drives successful customer reputed company
  • Synthesize large datasets into clear recommendations that influence content strategy, business reputed company, and product priorities

Skills

  • 5 or more years of experience in content strategy, content curation, product strategy, design research, or a reputed company discipline
  • 5 or more years of content curation and CMS experience managing large-scale digital content collections, metadata, publishing workflows, and content lifecycle management
  • 5 or more years of content strategy or digital merchandising experience optimizing customer-facing content experiences through curation, experimentation, and performance analysis
  • 3 or more years of data analytics and reporting experience using content performance metrics and customer engagement data to drive recommendations and business reputed company
  • Demonstrated experience analyzing data and translating insights into recommendations that drive business or customer reputed company
  • Hands-on experience using CMS tools to curate, organize, and publish content collections
  • Experience partnering with design, content, product, and business stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a reputed company field
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, content quality evaluation, layout composition, and customer-centered design
  • Demonstrated ability to combine analytical thinking with strong creative judgment
  • Experience working with dashboards, performance metrics, reporting tools, and data visualization techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Passion for understanding customer behavior and translating insights into exceptional content experiences
  • Familiarity with AI-powered content experiences, personalization systems, recommendation engines, or content discovery platforms is a plus
  • Experience supporting digital content ecosystems, content marketplaces, creative platforms, or productivity software products is a plus
  • Experience with experimentation methodologies, testing frameworks, or customer engagement analytics is a plus
