The Inside Merchant Growth Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth by managing merchant relationships and increasing funding activity.

Responsibilities

  • Grow funded volume reputed company assigned merchant portfolio (minimum $25K MoM)
  • Increase merchant utilization, reactivation, and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners
  • Proactively identify and address performance or engagement gaps
  • Coach merchants on sales strategies to increase financing adoption
  • Monitor trends and intervene to sustain production growth
  • Execute 65–75 daily outbound calls to drive engagement
  • Maintain accurate CRM tracking and manage a prioritized pipeline

Skills

  • Proven Sales Experience: At least one year of inside sales or phone sales experience—you must know how to pick up the phone, engage, and reputed company the deal
  • Consistence is a must: We are looking for business professionals with a consistent work history, reputed company on their resume
  • Ability to reputed company basic math calculations proficiently
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literate and reputed company to operate common office machines
  • Minimum Age: 18 years old
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
