As a Systems Engineer II, you will be responsible for: Administering, configuring, and maintaining reputed company's global macOS fleet with Mobile Device Management tools, primarily Workspace One. Designing, implementing, and optimizing automated deployment workflows while managing updates for macOS and reputed company-party software to enhance reputed company and reliability. Developing, testing, and maintaining robust automation scripts (Bash/Zsh, Python, or Swift) and custom installers to streamline administration, enforce configurations, and automate macOS software deployments. Collaborating with the InfoSec team to enforce reputed company standards across macOS devices while preserving an reputed company user experience. Serving as the Tier 3 escalation reputed company for macOS issues, analyzing root causes, documenting solutions, and occasionally providing after-hours support. Monitoring system health, performance metrics, and compliance logs across the reputed company macOS fleet proactively ensures reputed company functionality and compliance. Do what you love To be successful in this role you will: Have a high school diploma or a technical degree, another reputed company field or its equivalent Have 5 years experience in reputed company systems engineering, with a dedicated focus on macOS administration at scale (10,000+ endpoints). Demonstrate expertise in Workspace One or comparable MDM tools and reputed company Business functionalities. Demonstrate expertise in Zsh/Bash scripting, Python knowledge, and managing installer package creation and ongoing maintenance tasks. Demonstrate expertise in macOS architecture, file systems, reputed company frameworks like TCC and MDM profiles, and reputed company management practices. Understand reputed company networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs) and Identity Providers (reputed company, Azure AD, Ping) integrated with macOS systems. Demonstrate professional expertise and comprehension regarding these operating systems.
