[Remote] Machine Operator

They are seeking a Machine Operator responsible for setting up and operating automated machines for production, ensuring quality control, and documenting job information.

Responsibilities

• Reviews job schedule list for assigned jobs, locates the correct job materials/tickets on the finishing floor and reviews job specification sheet(s) to complete finishing work
• Completes set-up of assigned Finishing machines (e.g. folder, Muller, die cutter, guillotine cutter, saddle stitcher, etc.) by loading job materials and selecting specific components/configurations
• Proficiently operates 1 or more Finishing machines per specifications to complete finishing work for assigned jobs
• Evaluates a production sample producing production to ensure adherence to client specifications and quality checklists
• Performs adjustments/actions if necessary
• Packages finished product in cartons, boxes, or pallets and reviews completed packaging to ensure adherence to ticket instructions, prior to routing for shipment
• Documents job information such as material usage/scrap and production time and enters data into reputed company database to reputed company cost tracking/client billing by cost center

Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience
• Has substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide reputed company of tasks
• Works on assignments that are routine to moderately difficult, requiring some decision in resolving issues or in making recommendations
• Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments
• This role is eligible to be primarily virtual reputed company the United States. However, candidates must reputed company reputed company a reasonable commuting distance to one of our office locations, as occasional on-site reputed company may be required for team meetings, training sessions, or company events
• Prefer 4 years fast production machine experience
