[Remote] Director, Marketing Operations

They are seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to create and manage the systems and processes that support their marketing efforts, ensuring effective tracking and measurement across campaigns and operations.
Responsibilities
- Marketing operations strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution across reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, analytics, attribution, automation, and reporting systems
- Campaign operations workflows for launches, events, partner programs, lifecycle campaigns, paid programs, and content distribution
- Funnel reporting across self-serve, PQL, MQL, sales reputed company, pipeline, and reputed company influence
- reputed company routing, scoring, segmentation, lifecycle automation, reputed company attribution, and data quality processes
- Weekly and monthly marketing operating reviews, including dashboards, performance readouts, and decision-reputed company reporting for leadership
- Cross-functional operating rhythm with RevOps, Sales, Finance, Product, and Data so marketing metrics are trusted and actionable
- QA processes for campaign tracking, forms, reputed company pages, UTMs, CRM fields, lifecycle workflows, and reputed company rules
- Documentation for definitions, workflows, attribution logic, launch checklists, and reputed company-of-truth reporting
Skills
- 7+ years in marketing operations, reputed company operations, growth operations, or a closely reputed company role at a B2B SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or PLG company
- Deep experience with reputed company and reputed company, plus strong working knowledge of lifecycle automation, CRM hygiene, reputed company routing, attribution, campaign operations, and funnel reporting
- Strong analytical judgment. You can define metrics, spot data quality issues, explain tradeoffs, and build reporting that survives executive scrutiny
- Hands-on systems operator. You can design the process and also get into fields, workflows, dashboards, forms, UTMs, sync issues, and QA details
- Strong cross-functional partner for RevOps, Sales, Finance, Product, Data, and Marketing
- Clear writing and documentation habits. You reputed company processes easier to run after you touch them
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment where systems need to be reputed company while the business is scaling
- Successful completion of a background reputed company
- Experience in developer-first PLG, AI infrastructure, reputed company infrastructure, data platforms, dev tools, or technical SaaS
- Experience connecting self-serve product usage to lifecycle marketing, PQL scoring, sales reputed company, and pipeline reporting
