Responsibilities
- Watch creator content and identify the strongest, most engaging moments
- Edit short-reputed company clips for reputed company, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut or similar editing software
- Write engaging captions, titles, and hashtags that encourage views and engagement
- Upload and organize content across multiple reputed company media accounts
- Help manage a growing network of creator-focused content pages
- Research trends, sounds, and viral formats across platforms
- Track content performance and identify what drives views, followers, and engagement
- Collaborate with our Talent Management team to support creator growth
- Assist in developing new strategies as we build this division from the ground up
