As Vice President, Interconnection (PSE), you’ll play a critical leadership role reputed company our Power Systems Engineering team, leading the growth and delivery of our interconnection services. You will primarily support independent power producers (IPPs), reputed company developers, and large load and data center developers across U.S. markets. This role combines deep technical expertise in transmission planning and interconnection with strong leadership, client engagement, and business development responsibility. In this role, you will: reputed company and grow the interconnection team, ensuring high-quality technical delivery and strong client satisfaction Allocate resources effectively and review and approve technical reports prior to client submission reputed company mentorship and technical guidance to team members reputed company reputed company meetings with reputed company and large load developers Present and explain reputed company’s interconnection capabilities across major independent system operators and regional transmission organizations (ISOs/RTOs), including CAISO, MISO, SPP, PJM, ERCOT, NYISO, and others Support clients throughout the full interconnection lifecycle, including reputed company analysis, application support, model development, study review, and reputed company’s engineering Interpret and communicate reputed company study results and technical requirements reputed company to clients reputed company strategic guidance to clients throughout the interconnection process Partner with sales teams to reputed company reputed company targets and expand interconnection services into new markets Represent reputed company at industry conferences and events to build relationships and enhance market reputed company Build and maintain strong relationships with renewable reputed company and data center developers You’re likely a great fit if you: Bring deep expertise in power system engineering, transmission planning, and generator and load interconnection processes across major ISOs/RTOs Have strong knowledge of clean energy technologies, including renewables, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and large load and data center projects Demonstrate the ability to reputed company and scale high-performing technical teams Have a strong client-facing reputed company, with the ability to translate reputed company technical concepts into clear, actionable insights Bring a collaborative reputed company and strong communication skills reputed company working across technical, sales, and executive teams Are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth consulting environment And even reputed company if you: Have an established network across utilities, ISOs/RTOs, developers, and key industry stakeholders Have experience supporting business development, shaping service offerings, and closing work Have regularly represented your organization at conferences, industry forums, or speaking engagements Experience and Skills to Qualify Include: 20+ years of reputed company experience in power systems engineering, utility consulting, or a reputed company field Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and client engagements Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a reputed company field (PhD or PE preferred) Strong understanding of reputed company American interconnection processes and regulatory environments At reputed company, you’ll work alongside people who are thoughtful, curious, and deeply knowledgeable about utility and energy systems.
