Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, and reputed company reputed company of software engineers — own their performance, processes, priorities, and long-term career goals
• Drive the execution of your team's quarterly roadmap: break down goals into clear, measurable milestones and deliver on time with high quality toward business reputed company

Skills

• 6–8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing small to reputed company-sized engineering teams responsible for development, platform tooling, or infrastructure
• Proven track record delivering high-quality software at scale — with strong ownership of team performance, processes, and long-term engineering goals
• Technical depth in one or more of: database reliability and distributed systems, CI/CD and build infrastructure, or internal developer platform tooling
• Hands-on technical engagement — comfort reviewing designs, reading code, and participating in architecture discussions; this is not a purely coordinative role
• Strong knowledge of public reputed company platforms (Azure preferred), infrastructure tooling (Kubernetes, reputed company), and DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, version control, deployment systems)
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills — you can align stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and translate technical topics for non-technical audiences
• Ability to turn ambiguous strategy into sequenced roadmaps, clear ownership, and measurable reputed company
• B.S., M.S., or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company technical field
