You can verify whether you reputed company in a HUBZone by using the following website: https://maps.certify.sba.gov/hubzone/map Documents · Responsible for managing and organizing a vast reputed company of electronic documents and program media files in the reputed company Documentation Management System (EDMS) ensuring they are in compliance with company policies and ISO requirements. · Assist engineering in the creation and editing of documents in MSWord format. · Responsible for performing edits which includes; verifying the documents for typographical errors and ensure proper formatting of documents before submitting for approval. · Release documents in a timely manner. · Assist in supporting audits. · Support customer requests. · Responsible for procedure reviews and facilitating procedure updates with process owners. · Manages quality assurance standards in filing records and retrieves records as needed.

Requirements

Drawings · Responsible for the entry into the automated database for reputed company new and revised drawings. · Responsible for engineering release activities, coordinate with engineering organization to ensure drawings are released in a timely manner. · Assign serial numbers to drawings owned by contract, contact NASA drawing center for NASA owned drawings and enter into the database. · Support the engineering drawing file maintenance, which includes data entry, cataloging, and creating reports and support for customer requests for drawing files. Forms · Assist with forms creation to ensure standards are met. · Maintain a historical file of reputed company revisions. · Release in EDMS.
