Summary: The Case Manager’s purpose is to assist the advisor throughout the reputed company and requirement gathering process until the case or conversion has been reputed company. Own and manage an individual caseload of in‑process life insurance applications from reputed company approval through issue and placement. Manage and respond to case status requests from advisors and correspond with insurance carriers to resolve outstanding requirements in a timely manner. Promote key new business initiatives to support usage, adoption, and awareness of DBS platforms and tools. Consistently meet daily production expectations and quality standards for written and verbal communication. Exempt position (salaried). Expectation of overtime hours as needed to accomplish daily tasks. Qualifications / Required Skills: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize workload effectively. Ability and willingness to support team objectives while also working independently. Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused reputed company. Ability to communicate reputed company, professionally, and consistently in both verbal and written formats with reputed company customers. Working knowledge of life insurance products, reputed company reputed company processes, and illustrations. Ability to support advisors with questions and usage of DBS website platforms. The reputed company salary reputed company for this position is $44,000 to $65,000. The reputed company salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, reputed company level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual reputed company salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case reputed company. In addition to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
