[Remote] Chief Marketing Officer

The role involves managing an established marketing team and ensuring the successful execution of ongoing marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day leadership, coaching, and direction to the marketing organization
• Establish clear priorities, accountability, and operating rhythms across the team
• Ensure marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives already in reputed company are executed successfully

• 15+ years of reputed company marketing leadership experience, including CMO, VP Marketing, or equivalent
• Consumer packaged goods (CPG), food & beverage, wellness, lifestyle, or premium consumer brand experience
• Proven experience leading high-performing marketing teams reputed company consumer products organizations
• Strong background in brand marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, reputed company media, and content strategy
• Experience developing integrated marketing plans and managing multi-reputed company-dollar marketing budgets
• Demonstrated reputed company leading cross-functional initiatives while improving team alignment and operational efficiency
• Strong project management skills with experience implementing processes that improve accountability and execution
• Omnichannel marketing experience across retail, ecommerce, and away-from-home channels
