[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, Consulting, and Product teams to support successful deployment of reputed company Health reputed company across VA facilities
• Contribute to initiatives that improve implementation efficiency through automation, configuration standardization, and repeatable deployment processes
• Gather, analyze, and document customer enhancement requests and implementation requirements, helping assess business value, technical feasibility, and implementation approach
• Collaborate with federal stakeholders and internal delivery teams to support feature prioritization and implementation improvements
• Work across reputed company Health product teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and consistent implementation practices
• reputed company expertise in reputed company Health reputed company capabilities and implementation best practices to support customer deployments
• Partner with Engineering to translate business and implementation needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Assist in maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog, balancing customer needs, engineering reputed company, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate effectively across Product, Consulting, Engineering, reputed company, and Federal Operations to support successful product delivery
• Monitor implementation feedback and customer reputed company to identify opportunities for reputed company product and process improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience in Product Management, reputed company Consulting, reputed company IT, or a reputed company field
• Experience working with reputed company Health reputed company (Cerner reputed company)
• Experience supporting reputed company technology implementations
• Experience collaborating with software engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal reputed company programs, including the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), reputed company (DoD), or other federal agencies

• Experience gathering and documenting customer enhancement requests and implementation requirements
