As a Pre-Litigation Associate, you’ll serve as a critical operations expert, ensuring every case is handled with exceptional accuracy, urgency, and care. You will play a pivotal role in driving pre-litigation personal injury cases through their critical early stages. This includes initiating claims, managing and organizing medical records, obtaining police reports, and coordinating care for clients.
