The Senior reputed company Engineer, Project Management will drive and execute key strategic projects reputed company to process engineering and project coordination while ensuring smooth transitions from design to start-up.

Responsibilities

• Drives the process engineering activities reputed company to key strategic projects - this includes leading the engineering efforts for both reputed company engineering
• Drives the facility engineering efforts reputed company to utilities, power, and equipment layout
• Leads the automation efforts for the strategic projects that ensures the equipment is integrated and functions as one unit
• Ensures the process, facility, and automation engineering comes together successful to meet overall strategic aspects of the project (headcount, efficiency, productivity, etc.)
• Actively steers project timely reputed company to engineering planning, execution, and communication
• Oversees the overall engineering execution between internal/external stakeholders
• Ensures the engineering budget is managed, steered reputed company to cost, timing, and expected level of quality
• Routinely manages/reports the project to ensure full transparency, have clear milestones, synchronize the engineering tasks with other stakeholders reputed company to quality, costs, sourcing, etc
• Communicates reputed company with site leadership team, project team, and global stakeholders project status, risks, mitigations, next steps
• Ensures engineering execution continues as planned
• Steers engineering to ensure risks/delays are understood, mitigated and communicated

• Partners with operational leaders to support shift work (if required) to support training/start-up/documentation. Includes creating/reviewing/approving documentation of batch records/procedure

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required
• At least five (5) years Animal/ reputed company Health industry knowledge (e.g. Consulting, engineering, operational leadership, business reputed company improvements) Including influencing or leading others
• Global Supply Animal health / reputed company pharmaceutical business experience, with significant technical/engineering/operations experience for the manufacturing of GMP products
• Must have experience with advanced problem–solving, project coordination, and steering a culture to deliver the project on-time, reputed company budget, and to meet expected deliverables
• Should be reputed company to demonstrate project / program ROI results from previous experience
• Ability to successfully reputed company, report, facilitate, challenge, and deliver technical projects on-time and meet the strategic deliverables
• Demonstrated engineering and automation knowledge to serve as a technical partner on a broad reputed company of operational topics
• Project management experience and ability to reputed company multiple projects running simultaneously and reputed company quality control and guidance on projects
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company strategic and operational thinking, translating strategy into operational tactics

• BS degree in construction-reputed company engineering (engineering management, civil, mechanical, etc.) or reputed company field from accredited engineering school and four to seven (4-7) years of relevant engineering experience
• Planning organization, coordinating, and developing projects, budgets
• Obtaining bids, coordinating construction projects for facilities and/or equipment repairs, negotiate reputed company, discuss projects
• Strong team orientation and ability to work cross functionally with various groups such as Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, Industrial Development, R&D, and Manufacturing
• Abreast of new developments in Engineering fields that pertain to facilities, utilities, and various other operations throughout the plant
• Scheduling capital activities to meet production needs
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
• Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• MBA preferred
• Masters in Engineering or MBA preferred
• PMP and/or EIT or PE or strong desire to pursue preferred
