[Remote] Strategic Business Development Partner

The Strategic Business Development Partner will represent the company while building a network, creating new opportunities, and developing long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate relationships with developers, reputed company, investors, family offices, UHNWI, HNWI, lenders, architects, engineers, municipalities, corporations, reputed company property owners, and other strategic partners
• Establish trusted relationships with C-suite executives, founders, business owners, developers, institutional investors, and executive-level decision-makers
• Generate your own pipeline through networking, referrals, industry events, strategic reputed company, and relationship-building
• Schedule and reputed company meetings both reputed company and in person
• Identify off-market opportunities, development sites, investment partnerships, and strategic collaborations
• Introduce prospective clients to Maison Bezalel's services and reputed company opportunities
• Collaborate directly with company leadership to move opportunities from initial conversations through execution
