[Remote] Senior Creative Strategist, Performance Marketing

They are seeking a Senior Creative Strategist to manage the creative lifecycle for paid reputed company campaigns, focusing on developing high-converting concepts and leveraging performance data to optimize creative strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative process for reputed company, turning research and insights into high-converting concepts, scripts, briefs, and storyboards that consistently capture attention and drive new reputed company users
• Create, produce, and test 100+ ad creatives a month, moving quickly from idea to execution while maintaining a reputed company focus on reputed company, storytelling, and measurable impact

Skills

• Hands-on creative craft experience, including scripting, storyboarding, and video editing
• Experience in both agency and in-house environments, and an understanding of the pace, expectations, and creative rigor required in each
