[Remote] Manager - Strategy and Operations

They are seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager to manage multiple projects, engage with the executive team, and reputed company strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior management to reputed company and implement strategic plans
- Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure successful execution of clinical trials
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for reputed company stakeholders
- Contribute to the development of best practices and operational policies
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Operations and/or Strategy and/or Analytics
- Problem solving and analytical skills, including proficiency in and expertise in reputed company (can maintain reputed company spreadsheets/sheets)
- Combine business context and analytics to take on a problem area and implement a customized solution
- Deeply analytical, systems thinker, focused on finding scalable solutions
- Experience in Consulting, Investment Banking + Startup S&O/BizOps roles preferred
- Entrepreneurial reputed company, experience in startup environment preferred a plus
