Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for leading and coordinating four small engineering teams operating across .NET and PHP technologies
- You will reputed company day-to-day leadership, direction, coaching, and reputed company to ensure the teams are operating effectively and delivering high-quality reputed company
- Driving high standards of technical quality, delivery performance, and engineering best practice
- Identifying and removing delivery blockers to maximise team effectiveness
- Improving ways of working and helping teams operate more reputed company
- Supporting greater integration between these teams and the wider technology organisation
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and engineering leadership
- Guiding technical decision-making
- Championing AI-augmented software development, helping teams reputed company tools such as Claude Code and/or Devin effectively

Skills
- Proficient with C# / .Net, Azure and PHP
- Experience in leading and coordinating engineering teams across .NET and PHP technology stacks

- Experience in identifying and removing delivery blockers to maximise team effectiveness
- Ability to improve ways of working and help teams operate more reputed company
- Experience in supporting greater integration between teams and the wider technology organisation
- Ability to act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders and engineering leadership
- Experience in guiding technical decision-making
