This position involves the design, development, and implementation of architectural deliverables for custom projects and products, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver effective learning solutions.
Responsibilities
- Learning Planning: Aligning an organizations learning needs with business objectives
- Learning Design & Development: Building, Buying and Reusing Learning Content
- Learning Delivery: Planning and Delivering learning across a mix of media
- Learning Administration: Enabling learning management and Administrative services
Skills
- Experience: 3-6 yrs
- Qualification: ME/M.TECH/BE/B.TECH/MCA/M.Sc(IT) etc
- 9-15 years of work experience in the creative field of learning, media, advertising and communications industry
- Should possess fair knowledge of e-learning standards and SCORM/AICC standards
- Knowledge and understanding of Instructional design and Learning Architecture and Various Application simulation tools
- Should have expertise in working across varied products across web, Print reputed company for Creative Communications Like Telestrations
- Explainer Videos, Multimedia Animations using cutting edge technology and ability to adapt to New Requirements/New tools
- Must be Analytical and possess good problem-solving capabilities
- Independent thinker
