[Remote] Market Operations Coordinator

The Market Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring client reporting and deliverables are completed accurately and on time, while supporting client-facing initiatives and maintaining organized documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the client reporting process, partnering with internal teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client expectations
• Identify and help resolve discrepancies in reporting, escalating reputed company issues as needed
• Act as a liaison between Client Services and internal departments to facilitate communication and follow-through
• Assist with client-reputed company deliverables, including fulfilling requests and supporting Account Executives and Sales Coordinators
• Maintain accurate and organized client account documentation, including reporting schedules and trackers
• Ensure consistency and accessibility of operational records
• Proactively identify and resolve routine operational issues
• Contribute to process improvements by streamlining workflows, enhancing communication, and increasing efficiency
• Support the development and refinement of procedures and documentation

Skills

• 2+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, or reputed company operations required
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across teams
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
• Intermediate proficiency in reputed company Office (reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Proactive, collaborative, and service-oriented reputed company
• Associate degree in Business, reputed company Administration, Public Health, or reputed company field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in managed care or health insurance strongly preferred
• Experience with project tracking tools or CRM systems preferred
