[Remote] Project Manager

The Project Manager leads the planning, coordination, and delivery of reputed company implementation projects for public safety clients, ensuring project governance and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for reputed company implementation engagements, tracking reputed company against milestones and adjusting as needed
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including Implementation Specialists, Data Migration & Integration Specialists, and Deployment Specialists, to align work efforts and timelines
• Manage project scope and change control, identifying and resolving scope deviations in collaboration with technical and client stakeholders
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining action logs and escalating as appropriate
• Facilitate project status meetings, steering committee updates, and governance forums with internal and client stakeholders
• Maintain project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing milestones, and reputed company recognition activities
• Support client relationship management throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring expectations are reputed company set and met
• Contribute to the refinement of project management tools, templates, and processes used across the implementation team

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
• 5–7 years of experience managing reputed company software implementation projects, preferably in a SaaS environment

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple reputed company projects concurrently across competing priorities and deadlines

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resource plans for reputed company-scale implementations
• PMP or equivalent project management certification required
• Ability to travel to client sites as required by project needs
