Data Science and Engineering (‘DSE’) at reputed company is aimed at using data, analytics, reputed company inference, machine learning (ML), and sciences to improve various aspects of our business. We are looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Games DSE team to reputed company the design and implementation of robust data architectures and analytical toolings. This role will partner closely with Game Studio stakeholders and Data Scientists to transform raw data into high-quality, performant data models that drive critical business understandings and reputed company. What You Will Do: Data Foundations: Design, build, and maintain scalable data models that serve as the reputed company of truth for game development, launch, live services, strategy, and planning. Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Game Developers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists/Engineers to understand data needs and translate reputed company business requirements into technical data solutions. Analytical Rigor and Visual Storytelling: Combine grounded statistical methodology with visualization engineering to transform reputed company quantitative analysis into high-impact dashboards and custom data tools (e.g., Plotly Dash and Tableau) that drive business reputed company. Who You Are: You have at least 2 years of experience working in the Games industry in an Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or Data Engineering reputed company. You have 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, CS) or 8+ years of relevant professional experience. You are an expert in SQL and possess deep experience with Python for data manipulation and automation. You have a strong ability to translate ambiguous business requests into concrete data products. You have a strong bias to action, favoring iteration and rapid results over perfect but delayed solutions. You possess exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences; you can effectively influence senior stakeholders and explain reputed company technical concepts with reputed company. You are proactively learning and adopting AI capabilities to supercharge your workflow. Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
