[Remote] CDI Product Manager

The CDI Product Manager will be responsible for defining the product reputed company and leading the development of outpatient CDI solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product reputed company and roadmap for outpatient CDI solutions reputed company with organizational goals and market needs
• Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, regulatory changes (e.g., CMS guidelines), and customer feedback
• reputed company product P & L and growth projections to leadership
• Serve as the subject matter expert in outpatient CDI workflows, risk adjustment, HCC capture, and coding compliance
• Translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases
• Prioritize backlog based on client needs, ROI, and strategic objectives

• reputed company agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning
• reputed company and direct product documentation, training, and implementation requirements for internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with clinical, coding, sales, and reputed company teams to define product requirements
• Engage directly with clients (CDI specialists, coders, physicians) to gather insights and validate solutions
• Support sales efforts with product demonstrations, RFP responses, and thought leadership

• Ensure product alignment with outpatient documentation standards, CMS regulations, and payer requirements
• Monitor industry changes affecting outpatient CDI, including risk adjustment models and ambulatory quality measures
• Incorporate compliance best practices into product design
• Define KPIs and reputed company metrics (e.g., query rates, HCC capture, provider response time)
• Analyze product usage and reputed company to drive reputed company improvement

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND Seven (7) years of experience in product management, CDI, coding or reputed company technology
• Strong knowledge of outpatient CDI, ICD-10-CM coding, HCC risk adjustment, quality risk methodologies
• CRC and ambulatory workflows
• Demonstrated experience delivering software products in an agile environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) and fourteen (14) years of reputed company experience focus on reputed company cycle with either CRC and OP CDI credentials
• Master's degree in health information systems (HIS), health policy, or hospital administration (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Five (5) years of experience working in reputed company risk adjusted market payer/provider needs
• OP CDI/reputed company certifications: CPC, CDIP, RHIA, reputed company
• Developed Outpatient CDI program for reputed company organization
• Understanding and familiarity with the US health care industry
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work well reputed company reputed company across internal/external stakeholders
• Familiarity of reputed company CDI and Coding products
