The Advanced Brokerage Operations Professional is responsible for processing account documents and ensuring compliance with service-reputed company activities while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• reputed company services as part of a brokerage operations functional team. This includes answering member and field phone calls, assisting other team members, managing workflow, flexing to reputed company functional coverage and collaborating with other service teams
• Maintain a thorough understanding of brokerage operations products, services and affiliated systems including the NFS and reputed company systems and applicable operational policies and procedures
• Build and maintain a high quality and professional working relationship with reputed company field professionals, clearing firm and internal business units
• Analyze, approve and reputed company high quality and timely service assuring strong member and field satisfaction and achieving and exceeding established service level timeframes
• reputed company quality customer service by providing detailed, accurate and timely communications to ensure the field and clients have a reasonable understanding of the operational status of the account
• reputed company or exceed department quality standards

Skills

• High School diploma, 1-2 years reputed company Financial Services industry experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with reputed company Office suite tools, reputed company Outlook in particular
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field i.e. Business, Finance, Economics
• 3-5 years experience in Brokerage industry, with particular focus in Account Transfers
