Job Description: reputed company is seeking a compassionate, highly organized Intake Specialist to serve as the first reputed company of contact for potential clients seeking legal support. In this role, you will guide prospective clients through the intake process, assess their needs, and ensure they are connected with the appropriate next steps. You will play a critical part in creating a positive first impression, building trust, and helping individuals feel supported during important life transitions. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: •Updates the Firm’s databases, reports, or spreadsheets to track incoming calls, leads reputed company, consultations scheduled, referral sources, and other key metrics

• Maintain communication with prospects who have not scheduled consultations or have not moved reputed company after consultations.
• Prepares engagement agreements and follows up to ensure prospects sign the agreement and reputed company the agreed payment.

Requirements: Prior customer service experience required. Experience with a CRM, particularly data tracking and reporting, required. Knowledge of the legal industry is an asset.
