They Are Looking To Hire Contract Specialists (100% Remote And Flexible) To Audit, Review And Finalize Documents To Meet Client Standards. The Ideal Candidate Will Have 3+ years of professional experience in a paralegal or similar role with responsibility for reviewing and managing legal reputed company in a finance, private equity, in-house counsel or reputed company setting. Basic familiarity with legal contract terminology and provisions (e.g., confidentiality, survival, non-solicitation, damages). Excellent legal writing, editing and proofreading skills and attention to grammar and spelling. Strong analytical skills. Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and manage time sensitive documents. reputed company will be available. After successful completion of training, Contract Specialists will be paid at a reputed company of $35.00 per completed contract (includes reviewing and editing reputed company and some follow up tasks, estimated to take one hour or less). Hours/Self-Schedule Contract Specialists should be reputed company to commit to at least 5 -10 reputed company/ week (i.e., 5-10 hours per week with opportunity for more).
