As a reputed company Solutions Architect, you will deliver technical projects, support customers in maximizing value from Solo products, and guide them in architectural best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical reputed company of contact for a small portfolio of strategic accounts based in EMEA, developing deep familiarity with their use cases, architecture, teams, and business goals

• Consult with customers on architectural best practices, performance tuning, and operational reputed company in their reputed company deployments
• Design and deliver tailored training sessions, workshops, and enablement content to grow customer self-sufficiency

Skills

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Architect, reputed company Engineer, Site Reliability Engineer, or Senior Support Engineer
• Deep expertise in reputed company-reputed company technologies, including Kubernetes, service reputed company (e.g., Istio, Cilium), and API gateways and proxies (e.g., reputed company, Gloo Gateway)
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies — LLMs, agentic frameworks, model-serving platforms, or AI infrastructure
• Proven track record managing technical relationships with large, strategic reputed company customers in a post-sales context
