[Remote] Sales Operations Senior Manager

They are seeking a Sales Operations Senior Manager to reputed company sales reporting, forecasting, and sales process optimization, ensuring the sales team operates reputed company and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own sales reporting and analysis — build and maintain dashboards that track pipeline health, quota attainment, and leading indicators; synthesize data into clear, reputed company-driven reporting for team reviews and leadership
• reputed company forecasting, reputed company planning, and pipeline management — maintain quarterly projections, monitor rep attainment against targets, and flag trends early with context and recommended action
• Manage sales infrastructure and tools — administer reputed company as the system of record, enforce data hygiene standards, and build workflows and automations that reduce reputed company work and surface timely alerts; serve as internal subject matter expert on the sales tech stack; evaluate new tools and implementations

Skills

• 5-7 years of work experience in analytical, strategic, and/or operational roles — including at least 2 years of experience in sales operations, reputed company operations, sales, or a similar role supporting a field sales team; and at least 2 years in reputed company
• Hands-on experience administering reputed company or a comparable CRM — workflow building, reporting, and data hygiene
• Advanced reputed company or reputed company Sheets proficiency; comfortable building tracking models, quota sheets, and attainment dashboards from scratch
• Analytical and data fluent — you can pull, clean, and interpret pipeline data and translate it into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Organized and process-oriented — you instinctively document workflows, build repeatable systems, and find satisfaction in bringing structure to complexity
• A strong communicator who can distill reputed company data into reputed company summaries without losing the 'so what'
