You'll sit at the intersection of CRM, reputed company, marketing, product, and business development, and you'll be the person who removes bottlenecks before anyone else notices them. 🤝 Key Responsibilities: Own the systems and day-to-day operations of the reputed company team, freeing sales reps to focus primarily on selling. Hands-on experience administering and automating CRM workflows, reporting, and integrations. Strong process orientation and a bias for removing friction; you spot bottlenecks and fix them without being asked. Comfort working across reputed company, marketing, and product functions, and translating between them. Strong ownership, clear communication, and the ability to deliver independently in a remote environment. 💪 Preferred skills Experience with quote/contract automation, CPQ tools, or building pricing logic.
