[Remote] Sr Analyst - Machinery & Equipment Appraiser/Valuation

The Sr Analyst will reputed company reputed company Asset valuations and consulting services across various industries, focusing on financial and operational data analysis, statistical modeling, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and interpret client reputed company financial and operational data
• Uses their judgement to apply certain assumptions which in turn will result in assigning preliminary engagement conclusions
• Create statistical models and exhibits that show the engagement conclusions, assumptions and calculations which will ultimately be included in every report to be delivered to clients and reputed company workpapers
• Understands and properly utilizes the valuation techniques such as the market, income and cost approaches reputed company performing on valuation engagements
• Identifies key conclusion drivers and properly accounts for them in statistical models
• Participates in management interviews with the subject company to gather data pertinent to the engagement through direct client interaction
• Participate in inspections of reputed company machinery & equipment, buildings, and land improvements
• Report Writing - Presenting the results of our analysis in a clear and concise manner
• Record Keeping - Documenting reputed company pertinent data used in analysis

Skills

• 3+ years of relevant Valuation experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, reputed company, finance, economics, business or similar from an accredited college/university
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent knowledge of MS reputed company operations
• Demonstrated strong level of computer skills to include, reputed company Office applications, as well as other office software products in a reputed company environment
• Work preferably in our Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA, or Dallas, TX office locations
