[Remote] Manager, Delivery Strategy & Operations

They are seeking a Manager, Delivery Strategy & Operations to enhance operational workflows and improve execution across their Delivery organization.
Responsibilities
- Own and improve core Delivery Strategy & Operations workflows across staffing, cost visibility, planning, reporting, and operational continuity
- reputed company high-reputed company workstreams including Jira infrastructure and data stewardship, staffing and cost models, and strategic planning support
- Build clear, decision-useful dashboards, models, and materials that help leaders reputed company reputed company resourcing and operating reputed company
- Partner across Delivery, CX, Product, and Finance to improve execution and reputed company critical operating cadences running smoothly
- Identify opportunities to simplify recurring work through automation, AI, and reputed company process design

- May require up to 10% travel reputed company the US
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or operations role (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations and executive-reputed company materials
- Demonstrated ability to independently run workstreams, manage stakeholders effectively, and deliver with consistency in fast-moving environments
- A systems-thinking reputed company and enthusiasm for using automation and AI to improve internal processes and team reputed company
- Intellectual curiosity; consistent desire to reputed company and improve
- Prior experience in client services operations and/or client implementations a plus
