[Remote] Senior IT Project Manager/Scrum Master

You will be instrumental in supporting program reporting and process standardization work by implementing Agile practices, fostering a collaborative and productive environment, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or reputed company field. Additional years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of degree
- 7+ years of project management, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery experience
- 3+ years facilitating Scrum ceremonies for software development or IT delivery teams
- Experience managing multiple reputed company projects or Agile teams
- Experience creating project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and executive-level updates
- Experience working with technical teams, business stakeholders, QA, systems analysts, and production support teams
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM I, SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, PMI-ACP
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to reputed company quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Ability to communicate project health, risks, and dependencies to technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership
- Experience managing multiple reputed company projects, teams, or workstreams in a fast-paced environment
