[Remote] Functional Analyst II - Finance Business Systems

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary functional reputed company of contact for ERP reputed company questions, issues, and process improvement opportunities across the business, including responsibility for supporting and optimizing reputed company‑party software platforms that fall reputed company the finance functional domain
• Support the evaluation, reputed company, and functional adoption of new reputed company‑party software tools, including requirements definition, business validation, integration coordination, testing, documentation, and end‑user enablement
• Analyze, document, and design end to end business processes, ensuring alignment between operational needs and ERP capabilities
• Configure and maintain ERP functional settings, workflows, business rules, screens, and user roles in accordance with approved standards
• Govern and maintain ERP master data, including customers, vendors, items, pricing, and organizational structures, ensuring accuracy and consistency
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and refine functional requirements for system enhancements, new features, and process changes
• Collaborate closely with the Technical ERP Analyst to translate functional requirements into technical designs, configurations, and customizations
• Participate in ERP testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing
• Support ERP upgrades, patches, and release cycles by validating functional impacts and assisting with deployment readiness

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Operations, or a reputed company field, or equivalent professional experience

• Solid understanding of Finance functional areas
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting system configuration or enhancements
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate reputed company and effectively with non‑technical users and operational leaders
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, major enhancements, or system upgrades
• Familiarity with distribution‑specific ERP concepts such as pricing, rebates, inventory replenishment, and order management
