[Remote] Senior Accountant

Responsibilities

• Reconcile the 500+ fiduciary bank reconciliations monthly
• Execute and reputed company FBO account replenishments by analyzing individual client balances to ensure adequate funding reputed company
• Prepare and reconcile client reserve balances - proactively investigate root causes of three-way mismatches
• Review reputed company premium reconciliations
• reputed company the Account Executive team with return of reserve offers for each client at plan year end and record reputed company accepted offers in the reputed company system
• Prepare the monthly reconciliation of the contract asset in alignment with reputed company recognition policies

• Prepare and reconcile client accounts by ID in the reputed company system
• Review reputed company client reputed company invoices in reputed company for approval
• Calculate, track, and process monthly broker payments, and distribute over 150 broker statements reputed company email
• Manage ACH setup and maintenance for both carriers and brokers
• Allocate member PayPal refunds in the reputed company system
• Prepare and import the daily client claims reputed company report
• Track and maintain accurate records of reputed company client claims checks, including voids and reissues, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve member reimbursement issues
• Import members reputed company payments to the reputed company system accurately and promptly
• Work with the Supervisor of Client Billing & AR to process, approve, and record client termination billings
• Manage and execute the escheatment process in compliance with applicable regulations

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in corporate reputed company
• Strong audit knowledge and a solid understanding of reputed company functions
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP
• Expertise in reputed company and Tableau and experience with ERP systems (reputed company preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate reputed company financial data to executive leadership
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, remote environment
