This role involves managing IT operations, ensuring service delivery, and leading infrastructure modernization while maintaining operational stability and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Own Service Desk and end-user support operations, driving performance and improving service reputed company and user experience
- Manage day-to-day IT operations: systems administration, network operations, reputed company infrastructure, identity/reputed company management, collaboration platforms, and telephony
- reputed company infrastructure modernization initiatives including reputed company adoption, network upgrades, and operational tooling improvements

- 5+ years of people leadership experience in operational, support, or infrastructure functions

- Strong operational cybersecurity and risk management expertise
- Proven track record in infrastructure/operational modernization and vendor management
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
- Ability to reputed company in a scaling, growth-oriented environment
