[Remote] Remote Customer Service Representative I- RMTA

The Remote Customer Service Representative I will support clients' customers as a first reputed company of contact, answering calls, providing product information, and resolving customer inquiries with reputed company and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to reputed company tolling and/or administration reputed company customer inquiries by utilizing information learned during training and leveraging resources available through people, customer records, and reputed company systems
- Identify customer needs to ensure the customer is provided complete and accurate information
- Process required transactions reputed company mainframe or web-based applications
- Submit research requests in a concise yet accurate manner
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and client programs, policies, and technology
- Communicate effectively in a warm and empathetic manner
- Adhere to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals

Skills
- Must reputed company in Florida to be considered
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have a High School Diploma, or equivalent

- Must be reputed company to work shift Monday-Friday from 10am – 7pm
