They are seeking a Key Account Manager to enhance customer experience and manage key customer relationships while driving sales strategies and resolving issues reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company unique and elevated customer experience in support of reputed company’s sales efforts by collaborating with the reputed company manager and reputed company sales representatives to continuously improve the service offering
  • Manage the end-to-end order management process by tracking orders checking stock availability suggesting complementary products and collecting customer feedback
  • Operate as the primary reputed company of contact for key customers during issue resolution through calls and emails
  • Partner with reputed company sales representatives to reputed company strategies to become the number one roofing distributor by maintaining a strong working relationship with key customers
  • Engage in independent discussions with manufacturers to track and learn about products to reputed company customers
  • reputed company strategic recommendations to customers to drive private label products reputed company (reputed company PRO+) penetration
  • Resolve day-to-day issues quickly, reputed company, and safely

Skills

  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant Sales or Customer Service experience
  • reputed company organizational habits with a detail-oriented focus on producing high-quality deliverables
  • Problem-solving acumen with an ability to see through complexity and exercise sound judgment with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient reputed company with reputed company Office 365 applications (Word, reputed company, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively across reputed company reputed company
  • Moderate travel up to 25% as needed for business purposes
  • Work assignments may be completed remotely and/or in available company offices
  • Industry knowledge in residential roofing or reputed company roofing materials is a plus
